app changes aren't the best. can't favorite a store anymore. can't get a meal using the points. have to use more points to get a lower discount. 2k points for $10 off or 4k for $20 off instead of the old 1.5k points for a two meat combo meal. very disappointed in the way things have changed recently. the app seems slower and always asks to add additional items to my order. quit! I add what I want and don't want additional items each time I put something in.

This app is terribly clunky. It used to be good but now ordering a 30 minutes exercise in futility. No matter how many time I put in my email, im told I need to put in an email. Then my phone number disappears...around and round we go. Since the last update or so...rewards are unusable. It takes my points but NEVER adds the items. This is like a 3rd grade class project app, not restaurant chain.

Trying to place an order for delivery was terrible. It kept saying I was missing information but wouldn't tell me what it was. I had to dig around and find that my email address was missing for some reason. Once I added that and tried to complete the order, it kept telling me that my ZIP code was wrong even though it's the same Gpay I use for everything else. I had to just go to the website.
